At Cango Wildlife Ranch, the well-being and welfare of all our animals is paramount in the promotion of our conservation ethic to you, our valued guest.

To achieve these aims we promote the concept of Natural Encounters between you and a number of select ambassador species.

We trust that any Natural Encounter, will offer you a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ sheer thrill, and will create everlasting memories. The trust and playfulness of our rare white Bengal tigers, the contented purr and amber stare of our cheetah or a blood-pumping cage-dive with a mighty 4-meter Nile crocodile.

We hope that encounters with these magnificent creatures will encourage compassion and support in the plight that these species face, on our fragile planet.

All contributions from Natural Encounters go towards the vital funding of our conservation and captive breeding programs. If you would like to become more involved in helping us to help them, we invite you to join our Cheetah Preservation Foundation (CPF) – which channels all contributions to the conservation and breeding programs both in the wild and here at the Cango Wildlife Ranch.

Our Natural Encounter programmes, along with our new Experience Department, offers visitors both young and old the chance to interact with a few of our ambassadors species, as shown below:

	Cheetah Encounter Available to visitors 16 years and older. Have the experience of spending some quality time with our hand-reared fully-grown cheetahs. They are even more beautiful in person… and make for an unforgettable photo to share with family and friends. For children younger than 16, please see ‘Cub Encounters’ below.
	Tiger Encounter Available to visitors 16 years and older. We offer interaction with Tigers who are under the age of 8 months. When we have very young tigers, we do allow children between the ages of 10 and 15 to do an encounter if accompanied by a paying parent. These beautiful tigers are sure to tug on the strings of you heart!
	Reptile Encounter Available to visitors 2 years and older. Wrap one of our giant pythons around your neck, for a snapshot you are not soon to forget!
	Croc Cage diving Encounter Available to visitors 12 years and older. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying parent/guardian. This dive is a world-first and has attracted people from across the globe. Submerged in water, face-to-face with our giant Nile crocodiles… allows you to view them up close… you can even count their teeth!
	Cub Encounter From time to time we have young tiger and cheetah cubs at the Ranch, and allow children 10 years and older to interact with them (if accompanied by a paying parent).  Please note:  once the cheetah and tiger cubs reach a certain age, we do not allow children under the age of 16 to interact with them due to safety concerns.

To ensure your special moment is never lost, our Experience Department will capture this moment on camera and present you with a beautiful photo folder afterwards (photo folder is inclusive in cost).

Please note: Natural Encounters are an optional extra and are not included in the entrance fees.
